Accounts

Revenue Sharing (Speakers Only)

Revenue from speaker bookings is shared between Next Day Impact and the Speaker. Specific percentages and fees are agreed upon per engagement and subject to change. Payments are processed after service delivery.

Speaker Obligations

Speakers agree to:

• Provide services professionally.

• Adhere to schedules and promotional expectations.

• Comply with guidelines set by Next Day Impact.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-creditable, including those under installment plans. Upon cancellation, access to services continues through the current billing cycle only. All current fees must be paid upon cancellation.

Refunds are only granted if explicitly stated in writing.

Podcast Booking Deluxe Package

This package includes up to twenty (20) podcast guest bookings. Key terms:

• Pricing: Determined at checkout and may vary.
  
  
• Payment Plan: Often monthly payments but may differ by package, as well as pay in full options are also available.
  
  
• Client Obligations: Timely responses, submitting required materials, and availability for interviews.
  
  
• Service Window: Typically 4–6 months based on scheduling.
  
  
• No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee specific shows, dates, or audience size.
  
  
• Refunds: Non-refundable once payment has been made.

Confidentiality

Any sensitive or proprietary information shared with us is treated as confidential unless disclosure is legally required. By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us. You can opt out at any time.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, strikes, or other force majeure events.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.

Exclusions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, specifically Travis County. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Texas law.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Austin, Texas.
