This way you also benefit from our in-depth understanding of our entire roster, providing you with recommendations you might miss by browsing through our selection yourself.

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally several months in advance, to ensure availability and allow adequate time for event planning. Some of our top speakers appear at dozens and even hundreds of events per year, so booking well in advance ensures that they’ll be available for your event — and that they’ll have time to customize their message to your audience when appropriate.

Speaking fees are determined based on the speaker’s experience, demand, and the specifics of the engagement, such as event location, duration, and preparation time required. You’re always welcome to discuss the details of fee determinations with us at any time.

Payments are typically processed through our bureau. We handle invoicing the client and ensuring timely payment to you, less our previously agreed-upon commission.

Circumstances change, and cancellations happen. If you need to cancel an engagement, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take action. We will work with the client to find a suitable replacement and handle any necessary arrangements, and always advocate on your behalf in the event of potential dissatisfaction on the part of the client.

Applying to be a Speaker

To apply, please fill out our speaker application form on our website. You will be asked to provide information about your speaking topics, experience, and any relevant materials like videos or testimonials. No, there is no fee to apply to be a speaker with our bureau.
